Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds

Refunds for services at iGlow Aesthetics are handled on a case-by-case basis and are determined by the specific treatment and individual circumstances. Please contact us within 3 days of your service if you have any concerns. We will gladly discuss your situation and explore possible resolutions, which may include a partial refund, a complimentary follow-up treatment, or other appropriate solutions. While we strive for client satisfaction, full refunds are not guaranteed.

Cancellations

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Please contact us at (813) 522-5521 to make any appointment changes. Rescheduling or cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of $100. In the event of a no-show, a fee equivalent to 50% of the total treatment cost will be charged.
